We were looking soundproofing our party wall as our neighbour kept complaining that they could hear  us talking now the layout of our kitchen has changed.
Matt  came round and took sound tests to  see if this was necessary, he spent a long time talking to our neighbours and although the sound through the wall was at an acceptable level we decided to add yet more layers of sound insulation.  Matt sourced a noise insulation system and arranged to fit it, I was particularly happy that he managed to do this very quickly as he fully appreciated the situation with our neighbour.
Now it’s finished we can breathe a sigh of relief!

Mat and his team installed insulation board and replaced the roof tiles on our porch area. Excellent job completed in very quick time. Lots of dodgy builders out there but MW aren’t one of them! Matt and his team turn up and transformed a badly installed lantern and roof to what you see  in the photos(Velux) ,the weather was on our side and the job was done in 5 days efficient team work and organisation is obvious .they are a busy company well worth waiting for. My review of MW Builders, if there was a possibility of giving them ten stars I wouldn’t hesitate, what a great local company.
This is the first time I have used MW but I can assure anyone looking for a local builder that they are lovely / professional and got the job done with no mess.
It is my pleasure to stand testament.

Matt and the team came to the rescue when a previous bunch messed up fitting a rubber flat roof. They removed the old rubbish, replaced the sodden insulation, and re-boarded and fitted the new membrane in very short order. The result is smart and tidy, and most importantly, watertight. Matt popped back to check that things were OK, and left the scaffolding in situ until we's had some rain, just in case anything was amiss. There wasn't, of course, so we are now all dry.

MW Builders were recommended to me by a friend to help out with a broken Velux Window. When I contacted them Matt explained the window may be part of a faulty batch that Velux would replace free of charge. My window was confirmed as part of that batch and even though MW builders knew they were unlikely to get the work for replacing my window they continued to help me out with who I needed to contact at Velux. Really helpful and I will definitely use them in the future.
